Mr. Lobel is the Co-Founder of Centerline Capital Management.
He has over twenty years of experience investing in distressed and special situations debt and equities, and private equity. Prior to founding Centerline, Mr. Lobel was a Co-Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Archer Capital Management, an alternative investment manager focused on making minority investments in the tradable debt and equity of middle-market companies. Prior to that, he was an early team member at Redwood Capital Management and worked in private equity and mergers & acquisitions at Morgan Stanley & Co in New York.
Mr. Lobel serves on the Board of Directors of, and as Chairman of the Investment Committee for, Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He also serves on the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation and the Investment Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. Mr. Lobel earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Michelle, a bio-pharma entrepreneur, and their five children.
Director of Research
Mr. Hoff is the Director of Research at Centerline Capital Management. He is responsible for Centerline’s investments within the following sectors: Housing & Construction, Defense & Government Services, Gaming, Telecom, Media and Cable.
Prior to Centerline, Mr. Hoff was a senior member of the investment team at Archer Capital for nine years, where he focused on public investments in equity and debt securities issued by middle-market companies. Previously, he worked at Macquarie Group where he was responsible for investing proprietary and client capital in credit instruments. He began his career at Western Asset Management.
Mr. Hoff graduated with honors from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a CFA charterholder.
Mr. Sales is a Principal at Centerline Capital Management. He is responsible for Centerline’s investments within the following sectors: Autos & Commercial Vehicles, Packaging & Paper, Diversified Industrials, Metals, Infrastructure and Consumer Staples.
Prior to Centerline, Mr. Sales was a senior member of the investment team at Archer Capital for eleven years, where he focused on public and private investments in equity and debt issued by middle-market companies across various industrial and consumer facing industries. Mr. Sales began his career as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey where he advised middle-market companies and creditors in complex situations that typically required operational restructurings and creative capital solutions.
Mr. Sales graduated with distinction from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School of Emory University, where he earned a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.
Mr. Rimmer is a Principal at Centerline Capital Management. He is responsible for assessing opportunities for operational improvements in prospective investments and developing commercial and operational improvement strategies for Centerline's portfolio companies.
Mr. Rimmer was most recently a member of the Portfolio Operations team at Platinum Equity. In this role, he worked with management to build and execute commercial and operational transformation plans at portfolio companies, including growth, cost and talent strategies in both standalone organizations and corporate carveouts. Additionally, he played an active role in the platform M&A process, evaluating acquisitions and partnerships; also aiding in divestitures of non-core business segments and product lines. He began his career at Platinum performing due diligence on acquisitions in the U.S and in Europe. Prior to Platinum, Mr. Rimmer was in transformational leadership and line management roles at Terex Corporation. Early in his career, he held commercial and finance roles at Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation and IBM.
Mr. Rimmer holds an MBA from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University and a B.S. from Washington State University.
Mr. Li is a Senior Associate at Centerline Capital Management.
Prior to Centerline, Mr. Li was an investment analyst at Oaktree, where he focused on public and private investments in equity and debt issued by companies across various industries. Mr. Li began his career as an investment banking analyst at Evercore, where he advised companies and creditors on restructurings involving complex situations that typically required creative capital solutions.
Mr. Li graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance.

COO and CCO
Mr. Wiesenberg is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Centerline Capital Management. He is responsible for all non-investment functions at the firm, including operations, finance, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to Centerline, Mr. Wiesenberg served in a similar role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Archer Capital, where he worked for approximately twelve years. Previously, he was a Managing Director in high yield and leveraged finance at CIBC World Markets. Mr. Wiesenberg also held positions in investment banking at PaineWebber Inc. and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, among other firms.
Mr. Wiesenberg received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Dominique Tilden Lonne
Partner, Chief of Internal Staff
Mrs. Lonné is Partner and Chief of Internal Staff at Centerline Capital Management.
Prior to Centerline, Mrs. Lonné was an Executive Assistant at Archer Capital for eleven years, where she managed the Los Angeles office and provided critical support to company leadership above and beyond her role. She was also responsible for administrative duties supporting business development, operations and office management functions.
Mrs. Lonné graduated from California State University Northridge, where she earned a B.S. in Businesses Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. She currently holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.
V. Marc Cali
Head of Capital Formation
Mr. Cali is Head of Capital Formation at Centerline Capital Management. He manages functions connected to capital raising, marketing, and investor relations.
Mr. Cali has over twenty years of experience structuring and marketing investment funds to institutional allocators. Prior to joining Centerline, he was a Managing Director responsible for marketing and investor relations at Napier Park Global Capital. Mr. Cali also held leadership roles as Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Alden Global Capital and Third Avenue Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cali was Vice President of Probitas Partners where he was responsible for providing strategic advice and raising capital for alternative investment funds. Prior to joining Probitas, Mr. Cali was Vice President of the Private Finance Group at Legg Mason, an Associate in the Private Placement Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and began his career as an attorney in the Investment Management Group of Schulte, Roth, and Zabel, the New York Law firm.
Mr. Cali earned a B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University, an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Kellogg Finance Network at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Yang is the Controller at Centerline Capital Management. He is responsible for Centerline’s management and fund accounting, reporting, and operational functions.
Prior to Centerline, Mr. Yang was an assistant controller at Archer Capital, where he focused on accounting, reporting, and operations for Archer’s funds. Prior to that, he was an Experienced Senior Associate at KPMG. He began his career as a financial services auditor at Rothstein Kass.
Mr. Yang is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a B.S.B.A. with a major in Accounting. He is a CPA licensed in the State of New York.
